Terms of Service

By using DataBuka you agree to these terms. Wallet funds are used only for purchasing services on this platform and are non-withdrawable except as required by law. Ensure phone, smartcard and meter numbers are correct; we are not liable for value sent to a wrong number you supplied. Failed transactions are automatically refunded to your wallet. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or abuse. Prices may change without notice. Disputes should be raised within 7 days via our support channels. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Airtime to Cash

You may only sell airtime you purchased yourself with your own funds and transferred from a line you own or are authorised to use. Stolen, fraudulently obtained, borrowed (e.g. airtime loans), promotional/bonus or otherwise unlawfully obtained airtime is strictly prohibited. Every request is reviewed before payment and the payout shown is an estimate until approved; we may reject any request (e.g. airtime not received, amount mismatch, suspicious activity). Where fraud is suspected we may withhold payouts, suspend your account, reverse credits and share information with your network operator and law enforcement. Airtime sent to us is not refundable once received. Rates and daily limits may change without notice; the rate at submission applies once approved. Transfer (USSD) codes shown are a guide only — confirm with your network.

Gift cards

Selling: you may only sell gift cards you legally own and obtained with your own funds. Stolen, carded, chargeback-prone or otherwise fraudulently obtained cards are strictly prohibited. Every trade is reviewed before payment; we may reject any trade at our discretion (e.g. used, invalid, already-redeemed, mismatched or suspicious cards), and the payout shown is an estimate until approved. Where fraud is suspected we may withhold payouts, suspend your account, reverse credits and share information with law enforcement and card issuers. Rates may change without notice; the rate at submission applies once approved.
